Born in Israel, Rotman has studied in Israel and Europe. His works have
appeared in galleries in Austria, Greece, Germany, Italy, Spain and in the
United States in New York City. Rotman
was also one of three Israeli artists selected to represent the state of Israel
in the 2003 Biennale Internazionale Dell
Arte in Florence, Italy.
